BRAZILIAN DESIGNER TO DEBUT COUTURE SWIMWEAR COLLECTION AT PHOENIX GARMENT DISTRICT

San Francisco based designer gives back to her native Country's Low Income Artisans

Los Gatos, CA, USA (August 07, 2014) – Bikini designer and founder of the Brazilian couture swimwear line Charmosa Swimwear, Neide Hall, designs swimwear with unique hand painted, embellishments including lace and embroidery. While many companies go to Asia to find low wages (and high profits), Hall has chosen to work with the artisans of her native country, Brazil. "Giving back to my country and helping people earn a fair wage are important to me" says Hall. She continues, saying "I also find that the quality of my product is better when the person making it is treated fairly and has an opportunity to bring their family up to the middle class."

It took months of searching in Brazil to find the talent required to make the intricate designs that define Charmosa fashion. Neide recalls the response of one of her team members, Rosangela, when they met. Roseangela said "I was praying for an opportunity like thi." The work is hard, requiring up to 8 hours of labor to complete the embroidery for one blouse, but the reward is worth it for everyone on the Charmosa team.

Hall will be unveiling the latest Charmosa Swimwear designs at the upcoming Shop Garment Distric event at 7:00 PM, Friday, August 8th at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, AZ. This event is part of the Phoenix Fashion Week Emerging Designer Competition, of which Hall is a competitor. Charmosa enthusiasts will be able to purchase merchandise at the show.
