1 – What has been Clinic Dermatech's inspiration all this while? What motivates Clinic Dermatech?

With intent to make a significant contribution in the beauty realm, Clinic Dermatech thrives to provide the best and the latest by bringing technology from all over the world. The brand believes in the principle of Continuity in Improvement. We strive hard to improve on overall process, be it experiential, CRM, service activities, process flows, etc. The brand plans improvement on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. The biggest motivation for us is to ensure that the customers smile while walking out of the clinic. This motivates us to strive more to make a customer happier.

2 – How does Clinic Dermatech find people who truly care about the organization the way you do? How important have good employees been to Clinic Dermatech's success?

CLINIC DERMATECH is a temple of learning. Apart from attractive compensations, HR policies, and excellent work environment, we work a lot in improving our manpower professional skills. Besides, let's not rate good or bad employees. Every employee who is associated with CLINIC DERMATECH is good. Employee's capability to be good is up to us and as to how we groom them to the required standards.

3 – What would you say are the top three strategies for a successful brand image?

The "Three TIC" for success in this highly competitive world: Stay Realistic, Be Analytic and Think Futuristic.

4 – Describe your experience as the face of the company?

It's been an excellent journey and being a face certainly demands loads of responsibilities and deliverables aligned. I thank the management for trusting my capabilities.

5 – Where do you see Clinic Dermatech In next 5 years? What is the best way to achieve long term success?

The brand doesn't believe in mushrooming outlets aggressively as it may affect the quality of the service. We have a gradual growth plan and in next 5 years, we intend to reach out in major cities PAN India. A happy customer is the key to success and henceforth the best way to achieve long term success is to keep improving on the customer satisfaction aspect, to be more customer oriented, and to ensure each customer walks out with a big smile on their face.

6 – How does Clinic Dermatech build a successful customer base?

The only expectation a customer ever has is to receive the best value for money and we ensure that they get nothing but the best! We have reached a milestone of conducting over 5,00,000 session of laser hair reduction, over 4,00,000 sessions of skin care management and over 3,00,000 sessions of body shaping.

7 – If you could talk to one person from the history, who would it be and why?

Well, I would name someone who had a reputation of never giving up i.e. Maharana Pratap Singh.

8 – Tell us about the CIEL products. What ignited the idea of coming up with the entire and exclusive range of premium skin and hair care products?

Frankly speaking, the credit goes to our "happy customers" who constantly pushed us to launch our own range of skin and hair care products. We now have an entire range of daily care products, anti ageing products, whitening range, treatment based products and an advanced hair care range.

9 – In a few lines, characterize the concept of Clinic Dermatech.

Clinic Dermatech is a high end technologically driven cosmetic dermatology clinic with a mindset to make an efficiently driven process and is all set to redefine this industry in a much better way.

10 – What is the yearly % growth of Clinic Dermatech?

Average Growth Rate of Clinic Dermatech is about 40-50%, which is exceptionally good. The average industry standard is 15-20%.

11 – What is Clinic Dermatech's market share of laser hair reduction treatments?

I would say that it's about 32%.

12 – Please name a few services lines which are unique and exclusive to Clinic Dermatech?

Carbon Miracle treatment, Hylite facial therapy and Elume Face therapy. These are just a few treatments to name which no one till date has ever introduced in India.

13 – Tell us about some of your exclusive technologies.

Beautytek (used for body shaping services; instrument imported from Medilab, Germany), TC-3000 (used for treatment of veins), Beautytek light (used for anti-ageing treatments)

14 – Tell us about the concept of the slogan "Live Powerfully"
